ABSTRAK

 

Mayang Nurhalizah (12163610), Sistem Informasi Pemesanan Mobil Bekas (SIPEMOB) Pada Showroom Yusima Motor Kota Sukabumi.

 

Showroom mobil bekas Yusima motor merupakan tempat jual beli mobil bekas yang berada di bawah naungan PT. Yudha Perkasa Indonesia sebagai jasa penagihan sekaligus yang mengelola Showroom Yusima motor. Sebagai usaha yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan mobil bekas dimana produk yang di tawarkan atau di jual di Showroom tersebut berupa mobil bekas dari berbagai macam tipe mobil. Sebelum melakukan transaksi pembelian biasanya konsumen melihat mobil bekas melalui iklan dan menanyakan harga,ketersediaan mobil bekas serta langsung memesan jika sudah cocok. Dalam proses pemesanannya Showroom Yusima motor ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional yaitu konsumen datang langsung ke Showroom atau melalui telepon. Maka timbulah permasalahan dimana hal ini membuat konsumen kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi tentang persediaan mobil bekas, harga mobil bekas, dan ketersediaan tipe mobil bekas bahkan pemilik pun merasa kesulitan dengan pelayanan pemesanan melalui telepon karena kurangnya efektifitas serta membuat konsumen merasa bosan karena proses pelayanannya yang memakan waktu lama. Dalam kasus ini metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara. Showroom Yusima motor sangat membutuhkan suatu sistem untuk membantu permasalah yang terjadi saat ini, perancangan sistem informasi berbasis web yaitu perancangan sistem informasi pemesanan mobil bekas ini merupakan solusi untuk memecahkan permasalahan dalam hal pemesanan mobil bekas.

Yusima motor used car showroom is a place to buy and sell used cars under the auspices of PT. Yudha Perkasa Indonesia as a billing service while managing Yusima motor showroom. As a company that sells used cars, Yusima motor showroom offers the various types of used cars. Before a purchase transaction, the customer usually view the used cars throght advertisement, ask for price, and availability of used cars and immediately order if it is suitable. In the ordering process, Yusima motor showroom still use conventional methods, which is the customers come directly to the showroom or by phone. Then the problem appear because this is make it difficult for costumers to obtain information on the availability of used cars, price, and used car availability. Even the owner have difficulty with by phone booking service because lack of effectiveness and make the customers feel bored with the ordering process that take a long time. In this case, the method used in this research is literature study, observation, and interview. Yusima motor showroom is need a system that helps the problems. Web based information system design namely desigining information system for ordering used car is a solution to solve problems in terms of ordering used cars.
