Handling Customer in Giving Service at The LIA Language Institution, Margonda, Depok

Abstrak

Educational institutions are strategic institutions in producing and improving the quality of human resources in a country. Educational institutions are also related to quality improvement in a company. The role of service or also known as customer service is very important for course institutions or educational institutions, because with good service will be able to create customer satisfaction, an example is the LIA Institute, the LIA Institute is a course institution or it can also be called a leading English language education institution that provides high quality education for Indonesian people, the location of this institution is very strategic because it is located on the side of the road which is located in JL. The role of service or also known as customer service is very important for course institutions or educational institutions, because with good service will be able to create customer satisfaction, an example is the LIA Institute, the LIA Institute is a course institution or it can also be called a leading English language education institution that provides high quality education for Indonesian people, the location of this institution is very strategic because it is located on the side of the road which is located in JL. Margonda No.200, Kemiri Muka, Beji District, Depok City, West Java, The service at the LIA institution is very good and has the company's Standard Operational Procedure, besides that the LIA Institution also provides services in person or online to make it easier for customers to get information desired and also able to increase customer satisfaction because service quality is also centered on efforts to fulfill customer needs and desires as well as the provision of delivery to match customer expectations and service quality is also a must that must be owned by companies that produce goods and services. Consumption patterns and people's lifestyles require companies to be able to provide quality services. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the role of service in the process of providing information to customers, the author has done an internship at the LIA Institute for 1 month and gained a lot of knowledge, then collected the material that has been studied, then compiled it in a Final Project written by the author with the method of interviews, observation and collection of documents using qualitative methods.
