Penulis membuat Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengajuan Cuti Pegawai di STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto pemikiran yang penulis dapat pada saat riset/pkl di satu perkantoran sehingga timbul keinginan penulis untuk mengembangkan. Perkantoran ini dalam hal melakukan permohonan cuti masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga proses permohonan cuti pegawai harus mengisi formulir yang telah di sediakan. Permohan cuti tersebut harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari kepala bagian, lalu diserahkan ke unit HRD untuk di rekap. Kemudian laporan diserahkan kepada kepala HRD, sehingga dengan adanya perencanaan sistem informasi cuti pegawai STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta ini dapat membantu proses permohonan cuti sampai dengan laporan agar lebih baik dari yang bersifat manual, agar berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien.

The author makes the Design of Information System for Submission of Employee Leave at STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto the thought that the author can at the time of research / pkl in an office so that the author's desire to develop arises. This office, in terms of applying for leave, is still done manually, so that the employee leave application process must fill in the form provided. The request for leave must get approval from the head of the department, then submitted to the HRD unit for recap. Then the report is submitted to the head of HRD, so that with the planning of a leave information system for STIKes RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta employees, it can help the process of requesting leave until the report is better than manual, so that it runs effectively and efficiently.
