            This paper tries to explain the English terms found in Engineering Department at eL Hotel Royale Jakarta. The research is done by field observation. The writer worked in eL Hotel Royale Jakarta for three months. After doing 3 months internship in eL Hotel Royale Jakarta and collected some resources, such as pictures and papers, the results of this paper shows that there’re 10 English terms in Engineering Department. Starting from Close Floor, Room Occupied, Morning Briefing, Profit & Loss Report (P&L Report), Blackout, SR, PR, OOO, Saving Energy, and Overheat. This paper reveals that the use of English term in Engineering Department of eL Hotel Royale Jakarta help the employees to understand the condition inside the hotel, make the employee easy to communicate each other, help the guests to understand condition when they visited the hotel. The benefits of this paper are to explain and giving information about this term in Engineering Department, because those English terms found in Engineering Department of El-Hotel Royale are very useful both for the employees and for the guess.
