ABSTRAK

 

Aisyah Meylinda Batiah (19221653) & Regel Miki Praditya (19221620),                   Analisis Deskriptif Kuantitatif: Pengaruh Penggunaan Aplikasi E-Surat Terhadap Kinerja Personel Polsek Karawaci.

 

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efisiensi dan efektivitas proses tata kelola administrasi di lingkungan Polsek Karawaci. Mendeskripsikan efektivitas penerapan penggunaan aplikasi E-surat dan kinerja Personel dalam proses tata kelola pengelolaan administrasi surat menyurat di lingkungan Polsek Karawaci. Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan software statistik SPSS versi 21. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan simple random sampling dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 10 responden dari setiap unit/departemen kerja di Polsek Karawaci. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner (angket), dan wawancara. Hipotesis dari penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penggunaan aplikasi E-Surat (P) terhadap kinerja personel Polsek Karawaci (Q). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi/hubungan (P) yang digunakan untuk mengetahui persentase pengaruh variabel independen (P) terhadap variabel dependen (Q) sebesar 0,830. Dari Output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi (R-square) sebesar 0,690. Hal ini berarti bahwa faktor-faktor penggunaan aplikasi E-Surat dapat menjelaskan 65,1% dari perubahan kinerja personel Polsek Karawaci dan sisanya yaitu sebesar 34,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor faktor yang tidak diteliti.

ABSTRACT

 

 

Aisyah Meylinda Batiah (19221653) & Regel Miki Praditya (19221620),       Quantitative Descriptive Analysis: The Effect of Using E-Surat Application on the Performance of Karawaci Police Personnel.  

         

 This study is to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the administrative governance process within the Karawaci Police Station. Describe the effectiveness of the application of the use of E-Surat applications and the performance of personnel in the governance process of managing correspondence administration within the Karawaci Police Station. The analysis used is a simple linear regression with the help of SPSS statistical software version 21. The sampling technique in this study was carried out by simple random sampling and the sample used was 10 respondents from each unit/work department at the Karawaci Police Station. The methods used in this study are descriptive quantitative methods, data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), and interviews. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a significant influence between the use of the E-Surat (P) application on the Performance of Karawaci (Q) Police personnel. The results showed that the correlation/relationship value (P) used to determine the percentage of influence of the independent variable (P) on the dependent variable (Q was 0.830. From the output obtained a coefficient of determination (R-square) of 0.690. This means that the factors of using the E-Surat application can explain 65.1% of the changes in the performance of Karawaci Police personnel and the remaining 34.9% is influenced by factors that are not studied.
