ABSTRAK

 

 

Annisa Nurul Utami (19171118), Implementasi Hot-Fit Model pada Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Administrasi Presensi (SIAP) di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Sukabumi.

 

 

Aplikasi SIAP adalah aplikasi absensi secara online yang dipergunakan untuk  Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Kota Sukabumi yang di akses melalui android. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana tingkat keberhasilan Sistem Informasi Administrasi Presensi (SIAP) di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kota Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 6 terhadap 98 responden pengguna aplikasi SIAP. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan yaitu Hot (Human Organization Technology) Fit model yang terdiri dari 4 variabel antara lain human (manusia), organization (organisasi),  technology  (teknologi) dan net benefit (manfaat). Untuk menguji hipotesa menggunakan PLS (Partial Least Square) adalah teknik untuk menguji teori atau mengembangkan dan dapat digunakan untuk menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variabel laten, software yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data yaitu SmartPLS. Setelah dilakukan pengujian  maka terdapat 8 hipotesis dari 12 hipotesis yang terbukti secara empiris, dengan demikian 60% penerapan aplikasi SIAP sudah optimal dan dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kota Sukabumi.

SIAP application is an online attendance application that is used for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in Sukabumi City which is accessed via android. This study aims to evaluate the extent of success of the attendance administration information system (SIAP) in the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Sukabumi City. In this study data was collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale 6 of 98 respondents SIAP application users. In this study the method used is the Human Organization Technology Fit model which consists of 4 variables including human (organization), organization (organization), technology (technology) and benefits (benefits). To test the hypothesis using PLS (Partial Least Square) is a technique for testing theory or developing and can be used to explain the presence or absence of relationships between latent variables, software used to analyze data, namely SmartPLS. After testing, there are 8 hypotheses from 12 hypotheses that are empirically proven, 60% of the applications of SIAP applications are optimal and can help improve the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in Sukabumi City.
