Health is the most important thing in human life. Disrupted health can affect human activities in carrying out their daily activities. This film focuses on a rare disease, it is Cystic Fibrosis, which is very interesting to analyze. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative description method, this method uses descriptive data that presents the results in the form of an explanation of words that are supported by the data. This method uses a direct description of the desired phenomenon, in this study it is applied by displaying pieces of scene images along with dialogue. This method is very useful when the researcher wants to explain an event, who and what was involved, and where it happened. The results of the study indicate that Cystic Fibrosis greatly affects all aspects of life, including personal life, include one's love problems. In Five Feet Apart, the story of the main character who suffers from Cystic Fibrosis is forbidden to make physical contact and even has to keep a distance of at least 6 feet from each other. They were even separated because of a rare disease they suffered.
