This research aims to find the representation of women empowerment by using Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic triangle meaning theory with The Women King movie as the object of research. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The objectives of this study are (1) What are the index aspects depicted about women's empowerment in the movie The Women King? (2) How do the symbol aspects describe the representation of women in the movie The Women King? (3) What dominant aspects appear in the movie The Woman King? The purpose of this study is to explore the elements of representation of women's empowerment from the signs expressed and describe the meaning of indices and symbols in The Woman King movie by using Charles Sanders Peirce theory. The results are as follows: The Woman King movie has three signs. This study includes three indices and two symbols that lead to women's representation and women's empowerment
