The use english for business in copywriting camp during independent study at jobhun

Abstrak

The Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) established the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka program which was created in 2020. The program aims to prepare students for changes in social, cultural, technological, and career situations. Students are guided to prepare skills that are in accordance with the times. One of the Merdeka Belajar – Kampus Merdeka programs is an Independent Study created to accommodate student activities to improve soft skills and hard skills in accordance with the passion they want. PT. Jobhun Membangun Indonesia or known as Jobhun, which is a talent development platform for Indonesian people by fulfilling various kinds of career development in collaboration with Kampus Merdeka to achieve a better generation. Jobhun joined the Independent Study by creating a bootcamp program that learned about Copywriting called Copywriting Camp. Copywriting is the art of writing in choosing and stringing words that can make others do the actions we want, especially in the field of business and advertising. In this study using data collection with observation, analysis related to the content contained on Instagram Jobhun. By conducting an analysis related to Jobhun content, it was found that Jobhun content uses more hard selling content which directly aims to sell.
