As a worldwide language, English provides individuals with numerous opportunities, including education, employment, and cultural exchange. These days universities across the globe facilitate many kinds of international study programs, from student exchange to scholarship programs are open worldwide. Study abroad programs provide students with the opportunity to learn about different cultures, improve their language abilities, and extend their worldviews. Every year, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology organizes the International Credit Transfer (ICT) program to facilitate international academic mobility. During the ICT program at MSU Malaysia, a smart teaching-learning environment is applied where MSU Malaysia complements its students with a technology-based learning system supported by reliable facilities and supporting tools for their educational activities. By implementing this environment, the teaching and learning process will be much more effective, accessible, cost-effective, and the knowledge can be taught more swiftly and variously.
