The main objective of this study is to reveal the significance of friendship as a major character trait reflected in the film Me Time, directed by John Hamburg and released in 2022. Descriptive qualitative research is used as the type of research, with primary data sources being the film itself and secondary data sources being related literature information that supports moral value analysis. Data collection methods include watching the movie, reading the movie script, literature review, and analysis based on a character's psychological approach. The research results indicate that, based on film structure analysis, John Hamburg conveys a moral message about friendship, with the structural elements being interrelated and forming a solid whole. Additionally, based on a Character Psychological Approach, John Hamburg tells of the character's struggle to maintain their friendship.
