This study aims to analyze the mental disorders suffered by Arthur Fleck, who is the main character of Todd Phillips's film, Joker. The main character, Arthur Fleck, a person who has a mental disorder Pseudobulbar Affect (PBA) and Schizophrenia struggles to stay alive even though his life is very difficult, a lot of pressure, insults, ridicule from people who make him a very vicious person.  There are several steps in fetching data; watching the film several times, looking for the most prominent and interesting parts of the film to be analyzed, and making conclusions from the analysis.  The results of the analysis show; (1) there are two types of mental disorders that the authors found in this study; Pseudobulbar Affect and Schizophrenia. (2) Factors causing mental disorders experienced by Arthur Fleck. (3) The impact of Arthur Fleck's mental breakdown on his life.  The results of this study indicate that mental disorders have an impact on humans themselves.  A mental disorder that a person has can change that person into a different individual, which can lead to various other big problems such as hallucinations, self-harm, hurting others, committing acts of violence, and killing other people.
