Abstrak

The maintenance and evaluation management system has an important role in supporting the smooth operation of copiers in the company. PT. Sarana Solusindo Prima as a company engaged in providing information technology solutions and office equipment, requires an efficient system to ensure optimal performance of the copiers provided to their customers. The purpose of this research is to design and implement an effective maintenance and evaluation management system. for copier technicians at PT. Prima Solution Solutions. This study uses the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method as an approach in the system design and development process. The RAD method allows developers to quickly produce system prototypes, thereby facilitating the involvement of stakeholders in the development process. The research methods used are system requirements analysis, database design, prototype development, and evaluation of implementation results. The results of the system requirements analysis provide an overview of the technical and functional requirements of the maintenance and evaluation management system for copier technicians. Furthermore, the database design aims to regulate the structure and data relationships needed in the system. The results of this study are the design and implementation of a maintenance and evaluation management system that suits the needs of PT. Prima Solution Solutions. This system is expected to assist technicians in carrying out copier machine maintenance in a planned and scheduled manner, thereby reducing the potential for disruptions and downtime. In addition, the system also provides accurate and detailed information regarding the performance of photocopiers, so that management can make the right decisions regarding future maintenance and investment. Thus, this research contributes to the development of information technology and management that is more efficient and effective in office equipment industry context. In addition, the RAD method used can also be a reference for research and development of other systems that require a fast and collaborative approach.
