ABSTRAK

M CHAERUL ROJAB (12185114), Proyek Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran online berbasis web Pada PAUD MELATI.

 

Saat ini belum banyak sekolah di Indonesia mengembangkan sistem informasi Penerimaan Murid Baru berbasis web. Dengan manfaat dan kemudahan teknologi yang sudah ada, sudah seharusnya pengembangan sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru ini dikembangkan oleh tiap-tiap sekolah. Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru pada PAUD MELATI Cibadak masih menggunakan sistem manual atau melalui brosur. Sedangkan saat penerimaan murid baru, biasanya panitia mengalami kerepotan dengan segala berkas dan data yang masuk. Pendaftar juga mengalami kesulitan waktu, tenaga dan finansial saat melakukan proses pendaftaran. Kesalahan dalam proses memasukkan dan mengolah data yang dilakukan administrator juga tidak dapat dihindari karena belum ada aplikasi yang bisa menangani semua proses menjadi satu sistem. Daripermasalahan tersebut maka tujuan dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru berbasis web agar Proses Tersebut berjalan efektif.

Currently, there are not many schools in Indonesia to develop web-based New Student Admissions information system. With the benefits and ease of existing technology, it should be the development of this new admissions information system developed by each school. The New Student Admission System at PAUD MELATI  Cibadak  still uses a manual system or through brochures. While the admission of new students, usually the committee has a hassle with all the files and data that come in. Applicants also have difficulty in time, energy and finances during the registration process. Errors in the process of entering and processing data by administrators are also inevitable because no application can handle all processes into one system. From this problem, the purpose of the This final task is to assist the school in the process of accepting new students based on the web to make the Process effective.
