ABSTRAK

 

 

Aris Sofyan (12160780), Rancang Bangun E-Commerce Pada Toko Pakaian Geraisco Sukabumi.

 

Pada saat ini persaingan dalam bisnis online semakin ketat, keberadaan informasi menjadi sangat penting. Demikian halnya dengan toko pakaian Geraisco  yang membutuhkan sekali adanya suatu sistem informasi yang menunjang dan memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan bagi para pelanggan. Untuk itulah dilakukan penelitian membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai program penjualan pakaian di Geraisco yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Pada saat ini Geraisco hanya berupa perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa. Sistem yang ada pada Geraisco ini masih dilakukan secara manual, mulai dari pencatatan pelanggan yang membeli kaos, sampai penyimpanan data-data lainnya yang berhubungan dengan proses penjualan hingga sampai pembuatan laporan, sehingga memungkinkan pada saat proses berlangsung terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat dan keterlambatan dalam pencarian data-data yang diperlukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan program ini menggunakan metode Waterfall. Program ini merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan- permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini.

At the time of this competition in the online business is getting tougher, the existence of information becomes very important. Such is the case with the Geraisco clothing store needs once the existence of a system of information support and provide satisfying service for our customers. To that End the task of making research done about Geraisco clothes in the sales programs that until now have not been computerized. At this time the Geraisco only a company engaged in the field of services. The existing system in the Geraisco this is still done manually, from the recording of customers who buy t-shirts, until other data storage-related sales process up to the making of a report, so as to allow at the moment an error occurred in the process of recording, less accurate the report is made and the delay in the search for the required data. The methods used in the making of this program using the method Waterfall. This program is the best solution to solve the problems existing in the company, as well as with the computerized system that can be reached by an activity which is effective and efficient in support of activities in the company .
