ABSTRAK

 

RIPKI SAPUTRA (12166418), Perancangan Sistem Informasi Simpan Pinjam Guru Dan Pegawai Pada Koperasi SMK Kesehatan Jampang Kulon.

 

Belum adanya sistem informasi yang terintegrasi antara satu dengan yang lainnya membuat koperasi mengalami beberapa kendala dalam pengolahan data diantaranya adalah terjadi inkonsistensi dan redudansi data, kurangnya keakuratan data, lamanya proses pencarian data, ketika staff  berhalangan atau tidak hadir,  nasabah tidak dapat  melakukan transaksi dengan koperasi tersebut serta sulitnya menyebarkan informasi mengenai koperasi kepada para anggota. Untuk mengatasi masalahtersebut diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi koperasi berbasis web. Sistem informasi koperasi ini dirancang dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan untuk menggambarkan hasil analisis dan desain system digunakan teknik pemodelan terstruktur dalam bentuk UML dan ERD. Adapun metode yang digunakan merupakan metode waterfall. Output dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi koperasi berbasis web pada koperasi SMK Kesehatan Jampang Kulon. Dengan adanya sistem informasi koperasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wadah berupa web yang dapat melakukan pengolahan data dengan baik dan terintegrasi, serta dapat membantu penyebaran informasi kepada semua pihak yang berkepentingan.

The absence of an integrated information system with the other cooperatives experienced some obstacles In data processing including the inconsistencies and redundancies of data, Lack of data accuracy, Duration of data retrieval process, When the staff is absent or absent, Customers are unable to transact with the cooperative and the difficulty of spreading the information about cooperatives to the members. To address such problems is required a web-based cooperative information system. This cooperative information system is designed using PHP programming language and to describe the results of the analysis and system design used structured modeling techniques in the form of UML and ERD. The method used is waterfall method. The Output of this research is a web-based cooperative information system on the cooperative SMK Kesehatan Jampang Kulon. With the cooperative information system is expected to provide a web container that can perform data processing well and integrated, and can assist in the dissemination of information to all stakeholders.
