Ilmu Pengetahuan Dan Tekhnologi dijaman sekaraang semakin hari semakin maju dengan sangat cepat. Terutama dengan sarana dan prasarana yang sasaran nya tepat da juga yang dikelola oleh sumber daya manusia yang menunjang sihinggamenciptakan lingkungan kerja yang seimbang, selain itu dengan penerapan sistem dan sebuah software akan lebih membantu proses kerja dari sebuah perusahaan.

PT. Glostar Indonesia saat ini hampirsetiap proses kerja telah menggunkana sistem. Tetapi dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan masih saja ada proses kerja yang masih manual, terutama dalam pelaporan lembur, dan pengecekan jam lembur antara jam lembur aktual dengan cekrol karyawan, sehingga harus dicek satu persatu, dan membutuhkan banyak waktu. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai perancangan sistem informasi absensi dan lembur pada PT. Glostar Indonesia yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi.

PT. Glostar Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri tekstil dan kulit yang memproduksi sepatu. Mulai dari bahan mentah menjadi bahan jadi. Proses kerja pada PT. Glostar Indonesia terutama dalam penerapan sistem memang sudah berjalan tapi semakin majunya sebuah perusahaan maka membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu proses kerja yang maksimal.

Perancangan sistem informasi merupakan solusi yang terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktifitas pada perusahaan ini.

Maka dari itu dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari sistem yang manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta sistem lembur yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

Science and Technology is increasingly an age now advancing so quickly. Especially with the facilities and infrastructure targets more precisely and also managed by the human resources support that creating a work environment that is balanced, But that with the implementation of a software system and will further assist the work of a company.

PT. Glostar Indonesia today almost every work process has used the system. But from the research that has been done there is still some work processes are still not computerized, particularly in the reporting of overtime, and the overtime checks between the actual overtime hours cekroll employees, so it must be checked one by one , and requires a lot of time. Therefore, the author tries to make the final design of information systems absent , and overtime at PT. Glostar Indonesia, which until now has not been computerized.

PT. Glostar Indonesia is a company engaged in the textile and leather industries which produces shoes. Starting from raw materials into finished materials. Work process at PT. Glostar Indonesia, especially in the application of the system is already running but the more advanced, a company that requires a system that can help the maximum work .

Information system design is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in the company, as well as the computerized system can achieve an effective and efficient activities in supporting the activities of the company.

Therefore the computerized system better than the system that was not computerized in order to run more effectively and efficiently, and the system is now more conducive sales compared with the previous system.
