Rena Oktania (11123956), Perancangan Sistem Informasi Perhitungan Insentif Salesman Menggunakan Metode Berjenjang Pada PT. Fastrata Buana Cabang Sukabumi.

 

            Teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepat, computer merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia. PT. Fastrata Buana Cabang Sukabumi merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan kopi. Penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai penghitungan insentif yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Dengan adanya sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu mendukung proses kerja yang ada didalam perusahaan. Proses perhitungan dan pemberian insentif belum tersistem dengan baik, sehingga perolehan dan perhitungan yang berjalan sering terjadi kesalahan baik kesalahan dalam perhitungan jumlah insentif maupun kesalahan pada nama karyawan yang sebenarnya dapat mempengaruhi hak perolehan insentif pada setiap karyawan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi pemberian insentif sehingga proses perhitungan dan pemberian insentif lebih terstruktur dan sistematis. Sistem yang terkomputerisasi lebih baik dari system manual agar berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien serta system penjualan yang sekarang lebih kondusif dibandingkan dengan sistem yang terdahulu.

               The information technologiaccelerates so fast, meanwhile with the presence of computer which in one of many sophisticated instruments made by people. PT. Fastrata Buana Branch Sukabumi is a company engaged in the sale of coffee. That is why the writer tries to make her Final Assigment concerning calculation incentive which is up to now the company has not applied the computerized system yet.  By using computerized system, it is expected that the system could support the work process in the store. The process of calculation and granting incentives for all this time has not systemized well, so, it makes the income and calculation going wrong. Either in the calculation in granting incentives or the name of workers who significantly affect the claim of incentives for each employees. The purpose of this research is to create information system of granting incentives so the calculation process and the granting incentives is more is structured and systematic. The use of

Computerized system is so much better than the manual one because it can make the system runs smoothly, effectively and efficiently and indeed, the current selling system is more conductive than the prior system.
