Derivational Morpheme in Song “Rasputin” By Boney. M

The objective of this study is to identify derivational morpheme in song of Boney M. This study used descriptive method to analyse data. This research focuses on Rapustin. The result of this study is indicated that: The types are derivational affixes, that are suffix. Types of suffixes that used -ly, -er, and -ous. These are can be used to derive adjective and noun from the others words, the word that has part of speech such as verb and noun. Category of adjective suffix occur in noun to form adjective are -ly and ­­­-ous, and for noun suffix category which occur in verb to form noun is -er. Those suffixes give important contribution in changing the meaning.
