The purpose of this research is to identify Narcissistic Personality Disorder of the character of Jafar in Aladdin movie. Narcissistic Personality Disorder that will be analyzed consist of the types of Narcissistic Personality Disorder, signs of Narcissistic Personality Disorder and also the causes and effects of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. The writer chooses Aladdin movie and uses antagonist character as the object of this research. This paper is written by using descriptive qualitative method. To complete this research the writer gets theories related to the topic in the library and internet. The results of this research are (1) the types of Narcissistic Personality Disorder in Jafar character are unprincipled narcissist, amorous narcissist, compensatory narcissist, elitist narcissist, and fanatic narcissist. (2) Jafar as an antagonist character show the signs of Narcissistic Personality Disorder. (3) Jafar gets the impact of causes and effects of Narcissistic Personality Disorder as the lesson of life.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik dari karakter Jafar dalam film Aladdin. Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik yang akan di analisis terdiri dari jenis-jenis Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik, tanda- tanda Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik dan juga penyebab dan efek dari Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik. Penulis memilih film Aladdin dan menggunakan karakter antagonis sebagai objek penelitian ini. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk menyelesaikan penelitian ini penulis mendapatkan teori yang berkaitan dengan topik di perpustakaan dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) jenis-jenis Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik dalam karakter Jafar adalah narsisis tidak berprinsip, narsis asmara, narsisis kompensasi, narsisis elit, dan narsisis fanatik. (2) Jafar sebagai tokoh antagonis menunjukkan tanda-tanda Penyakit Kepribadian Narisistik. (3) Jafar mendapat dampak sebab dan akibat dari Gangguan Kepribadian Narsistik sebagai pelajaran kehidupan.
