PT. Warna Media Tech adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Digital Printing, yaitu jasa percetakan spanduk. Produksinya menciptakan berbagai macam spanduk dari ukuran kecil hingga ukuran besar sesuai permintaan pemesan. PT. Warna Media Tech mempunyai kendala pada sistem inventory karena pencatatan masih manual dengan menginput ke Microsoft Excel, contohnya kurang mengendalikan stok barang, tidak adanya pencatatan yang disiplin saat barang masuk dan keluar dan sering terjadi selisih barang antar barang fisik dengan dengan pencatatan.Setiap bulan laporan harian harus diinput ke Microsoft Excel untuk dicetak dan dilaporkan kepada pemimpin.Dari penjelasan prosedur diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa prosedur pencatatan barang belum efisien dan efektif. Karena masih terjadi kesalahan Oleh karena, PT.Warna Media Tech memerlukan sebuah sistem informasi Inventory berbasis web, untuk mengatasi permasalahan pencatatan persediaan barang tersebut.Maka di rancanglah sebuah sistem informasi Inventory berbasis web, agar bisa membantu karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan agar lebih efektif dan efisien.

PT. Warna Media Tech is a company engaged in Digital Printing, namely banner printing services. Its production creates various kinds of banners from small to large sizes according to customer requests. PT. Warna Media Tech has problems with the inventory system because the recording is still manual by inputting into Microsoft Excel, for example, lack of stock control, the absence of disciplined records when goods enter and leave and there is often a difference between physical goods and recording. must be inputted into Microsoft Excel to be printed and reported to the leader. From the explanation of the above procedure, it can be concluded that the procedure for recording goods has not been efficient and effective. Because there are still errors. Therefore, PT.Warna Media Tech requires a web-based Inventory information system, to overcome the problem of recording the inventory. So a web-based Inventory information system was designed, in order to assist employees in completing work more effectively and efficiently.
