Cuti merupakan hak setiap pegawai yang bekerja di suatu perusahan atau instansi pemrintah, utuk berhenti sejenak dari pekerjaanya. Pengajuan cuti pada PT Baezeni Digital Services masih di proses secara manual, yaitu pegawai menemui HRD atau atasan untuk menyerahkan syarat cuti dan menerima form pengajuan cuti, lalu mengisinya sebagai mana bentuk pengajuan cuti, setelah itu form cuti di terima kembali oleh HRD atau atasan, lalu di buatkan surat izin cuti di terima atau tidaknya cuti pegawai tersebut. Selama kurang lebih satu sampai tiga hari izin cuti bisa di terima oleh pegawai. Pengajuan cuti secara manual di nilai kurang efektif untuk itu di perlukan program pengajuan cuti pada PT Baezeni Digital Services Jakarta guna meningkatkan efektifitas serta memudahkan pegawai untuk mengajukan cuti. Dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi dapat mempermudah berjalannya proses bisnis di perushaan. Salah satu implementasi teknologi informasi yang sangat banyak di terapkan pada perusahan yaitu sistem informasi kepegawaian, namun hasil pengamatan tersebut belum menyediakan kesempatan untuk mengajukan cuti bagi pegawai melalui program berbasis web. Program pengajuan cuti pegawai berbasis web memberikan banyak manfaat dalam memberikan informasi dengan cepat, dan memberikan kemudahn bagi pegawai untuk dapat mengajukan cuti dan mengakses informasi cuti untuk pegawai. Dengan menggunakan program tersebut pada PT Baezeni Digital Services Jakarta di harapkan dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja, waktu, tenaga, dan sumber daya yang di gunakan.

Leave is the right of every employee who works in a company or government agency, to pause for a moment from work. Submission of leave at PT Baezeni Digital Services is still being processed manually, ie employees meet the coordinator or supervisor to submit leave requirements and receive leave submission forms, then fill in as the leave submission form, after which the leave form is received again by the coordinator or supervisor, then the leave permit is made or not the employee's leave is received. For approximately one to three days leave permission can be received by employees. Manually applying for leave is considered ineffective, so a leave filing program is needed at PT Baezeni Digital Services Jakarta to increase effectiveness and make it easier for employees to apply for leave. By using information technology can facilitate the running of business processes in the company. One of the implementation of information technology that is very much applied to the company is the employment information system, but the results of these observations have not provided an opportunity to propose leave for employees through a web-based program. The web-based employee leave application program provides many benefits in providing information quickly, and provides the ability for employees to apply for leave and access leave information for employees. By using the program at PT Baezeni Digital Services Jakarta, it is hoped that it can improve work efficiency, time, energy, and resources used.
