Profitabilitas adalah tujuan dari setiap bisnis. Namun, mencapai tujuan ini tidaklah mudah karena dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor dan organisasi harus dapat mengelola faktor-faktor ini. kualitas produksi harus menjadi prioritas utama perusahaan. Kontrol kualitas produksi yang berkesinambungan diperlukan untuk mempertahankan kualitas produksi yang kompetitif. Keadaan ini wajar karena perusahaan adalah sebuah organisasi yang misinya adalah mencapai kesuksesan komersial. perhatian utama perusahaan biasanya terfokus pada proses produksi yang berkaitan dengan Appearance Check (pemerikasaan penampilan) untuk mengecek keadaan produk yang telah jadi, mulai dari keadaan fisik produk apakah sudah sesuai dengan work instruction, kesesuaian part number sampai kondisi produk ada yang cacat atau tidak. Membutuhkan waktu yang lama serta sumber daya manusia yang banyak untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan tersebut dan bisa dikatakan kurang optimal. Dalam mengoptimalkan sistem yang terkomputerisasi pada PT. Nidec Sankyo Precision Indonesia diperlukan adanya dukungan dari semua pihak yang terlibat dalam mengelola dan menginput laporan kerja khususnya sumber daya manusia untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja.

Profitability is the goal of every business. However, achieving this goal is not easy as it is influenced by many factors and the organization must be able to manage these factors. Production quality must be the company's top priority. Continuous production quality control is needed to maintain competitive production quality. This situation is natural because the company is an organization whose mission is to achieve commercial success. The company's main concern is usually focused on the production process related to Appearance Check to check the condition of the finished product, starting from the physical condition of the product whether it is in accordance with the work instructions, the conformity of the part number to the condition of the product whether there is a defect or not. It takes a long time and a lot of human resources to complete the job and can be said to be less than optimal. In optimizing the computerized system at PT. Nidec Sankyo Precision Indonesia needs support from all parties involved in managing and inputting work reports, especially human resources to improve work quality.
