Dalam era globalisasi saat ini, perkembangan teknologi informasi melaju dengan cepatnya. Adapun komputer yang merupakan peralatan yang diciptakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, saat mencapai kemajuan baik di dalam pembuatan hardware maupun software. PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator merupakan perusahaan yang khusus bergerak di bidang pengoperasian jalan tol. PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator pada saat ini dalam pekerjaan di beberapa bagian sudah menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi, akan tetapi masih ada beberapa bidang pekerjaan yang belum menggunakan sistem komputerisasi. Salah satunya permintaan kebutuhan barang prasarana. Permintaan kebutuhan barang prasarana PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator masih di tulis atau di catat dalam bentuk kertas kemudian masih dikirim secara manual ke bagian administrasi IT. Lalu setiap form laporan rekapan masing-masing divisi IT akan di simpan kedalam arsip. Hal ini di khawatirkan kertas yang diarsipkan tersebut bisa hilang atau rusak. Sehingga kurang efisien dalam memanfaatkan waktu serta kurang efektif dalam pelaporan rekapan keseluruhan jika terdapat kendala seperti hal tersebut. Untuk itulah penulis mencoba membuat Tugas Akhir mengenai Sistem Permintaan Kebutuhan Prasarana di PT.Jasamarga Tollroad Operator yang sampai saat ini belum terkomputerisasi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini merupakan solusi terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada perusahaan ini, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang aktivitas pada perusahaan ini.

In the current era of globalization, the development of information technology is advancing rapidly. As for the computer, which is equipment that was created to facilitate human work, when it achieves progress both in the manufacture of hardware and software. PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator is a company specifically engaged in the operation of toll roads. PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator is currently working in several sections already using a computerized system, but there are still some areas of work that have not used a computerized system. One of them is the demand for infrastructure goods. Requests for infrastructure needs for PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator are still being written down or recorded on paper and then sent manually to the IT administration section. Then each form of recap report for each IT division will be stored in the archive. It is feared that the archived paper can be lost or damaged. So that it is less efficient in utilizing time and less effective in overall recap reporting if there are constraints like this. For this reason, the author tries to make a Final Project regarding the Request for Infrastructure Requirements System at PT. Jasamarga Tollroad Operator, which until now has not been computerized. The design of this information system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in this company, and with a computerized system an effective and efficient activity can be achieved in supporting the activities of this company.
