ABSTRAK
Intan Pandini (12182687),Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek pada
CV.Karya Intan.
Saat ini perkembangan jasa kontruksi bertumbuh sangat pesat, dengan
pesatnya kemajuan jasa kontruksi ini perusahaan harus mengikuti perkembangan
zaman. Agar tidak tertinggal dalam memajukan perusahaan, salah satunya untuk
mengembangkan perusahaan jasa kontruksi dengan lebih baik adalah membuat
perancangan sistem untuk jasa kontruksi.
Perancangan sistem informasi dalam manajemen proyek di jasa kontruksi
ini bertujuan untuk mempermudah mandor pelaporan kegiatan saat di lapangan,
membuat owner tidak selalu berkunjung ke lokasi untuk melihat perkembangan
proyek, dan juga untuk menyimpan semua pekerjaan yang telah diinput dalam
sistem agar tersimpan rapih dan tidak hilang.
Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dipakai dalam perancangan
ini adalah metode waterfall, tahapan metode waterfall yaitu: requirement (analisis
kebutuhan), design system (desain sistem), Coding (pengkodean) & Testing
(pengujian), Penerapan Program, pemeliharaan. Sedangkan untuk metode
pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan studi pustaka. Adanya sistem ini untuk
mempermudah s kegiatan jasa kontruksi dilapangan.

Currently the development of construction services is growing very rapidly,
with the rapid progress of construction services, companies must keep up with the
times. In order not to be left behind in advancing the company, one of the ways to
develop a construction service company better is to design a web-based system for
construction services.
The design of information systems in project management in construction
services aims to facilitate reporting of activities in the field, making the owner not
always visit the location to see project progress, and also to save all work that has
been inputted into the system so that it is stored neatly and not lost.
The software development method used in this design is the waterfall
method, the stages of the waterfall method are: requirements (needs analysis),
system design (system design), Coding (coding) & Testing (testing), Program
implementation, maintenance. As for the method of data collection through
observation and literature study. The existence of this system is to facilitate
construction service activities in the field.
