Della Septiana (12181320), Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Data Absensi Karyawan Pada PT TANTOM Bekasi.
Pentingnya sistem absensi karyawan bagi perusahaan masih sering diabaikan. Terlepas dari kenyataan bahwa sistem absensi karyawan adalah alasan untuk membentuk loyalitas dari karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Prosedur absensi pada PT. Tantomyang saat ini dilakukan ternyata masih sangat kurang efisien dan efektif, dimana semuanya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga masih terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya keefektifan dan efisiensi waktu dan proses pengabsenan, bentuk laporan yang masih berupa hardcopy yang dapat menyulitkan dalam proses pencaraian data, dan kemungkinan terjadinya data absensi hilang. Dengan alasan di atas maka penulis mencoba untuk memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalah dengan membuat suatu aplikasi sistem pengelolaan data absensi yang akan mencatat data dan daftar kehadiran karyawan, waktu kedatangan, waktu pulang, yang akan dibuat secara sistematis dan terkomputerisasi, sehingga akan menghilangkan proses pencatatan yang menggunakan karyawan secara manual. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan perancangan system ini adalah metode prototype yang di rasa sangat cocok. Dan Hasil dari perancangan aplikasi ini adalah terealisasinya suatu aplikasi website yang dapat mengatasi masalah dalam pengelolaan data absensi pada PT Tantom.

The importance of employee absenteeism systems for companies is still often overlooked. Even though the employee absenteeism system is the reason for establishing loyalty from employees to thecompany. Absenteeism procedure at PT. Tantom which is currently being done is still very less efficient and effective, where everything is still done manually so there are still some obstacles including the effectiveness and efficiency of time and the process of application, the form of a report that is still in the form of hardcopy that can be difficult in the process of data distribution, and the possibility of missing absentee data. With the above reasons, the author tries to provide an alternative problem solving by creating an application of an attendance data management system that will record data and attendance lists of employees, arrival time, return time, which will be created systematically and computerized, so that it will eliminate the recording process that uses employees manually. The method used in the design of this system is a prototype method that is felt to be very suitable. And the result of the design of this application is the realization of a website application that can overcome problems in the management of absentee data at PT Tantom.
