ABSTRAK
Caesar Pontami Risa (12180358), Perancangan Sistem Informasi Pengajuan
Dana Usaha Koperasi CV. Usaha Maju Bersama Berbasis Website
Kegiatan pinjam meminjam uang bukanlah hal yang baru dikalangan masyarakat
hampir semua masyarakat meminjam uang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup dan
biayai sehari-hari. Penerapan sistem informasi yang memudahkan masyarakat
sehingga tidak harus menunggu waktu yang sangat lama salah satu sistem informasi
yang miliki oleh perusahaan diterapkan pada koperasi adalah sistem simpan pinjam.
Koperasi CV.Usaha Maju Bersama adalah salah satu koperasi yang berlokasi di kota
Jakarta Timur tepatnya di kelurahan Rawa Kuning, pelayanan informasi transaksi
yang sekarang berjalan masih dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut dapat dilihat
proses transaksi simpan pinjam, pembayaran angsuran, dan pengolahan data anggota.
Dimana pada proses manual tersebut sering terjadi salah pencatatan, arsip data yang
sulit dicari dan lain sebagainya.Karena hal-hal tersebut maka koperasi ini dituntut
untuk dikelola dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Hal ini sekaligus untuk
meningkatkan kinerja koperasi khususnya pada informasi transaksi manual ke
komputerisasi. Sehingga di dalam pengolahan data tidak akan ada data yang rangkap
dan dapat mempermudah penyajian data transaksi, perancangan basis data
menggunakan dengan Enterprise Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Relationship
Structure (LRS). Metode pengembangan sistem yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini
menggunakan metode waterfall.

Borrowing money is not new among the people almost all people borrow money to
meet the needs of life and cost daily. The application of information systems that
facilitate the public so that it does not have to menunggu a very long time one of the
information systems owned by the company applied to the cooperative is the system
of saving loans. Cv.Usaha Maju Bersama Cooperative is one of the cooperatives
located in the city of East Jakarta precisely in rawa Kuning village, transaction
information services that are now running are still done manually, it can be seen the
process of saving loans, installment payments, and processing of member data.
Where in the manual process often occurs wrong recording, data archives are
difficult to find and so forth. Because of these things, these cooperatives are required
to be managed more effectively and efficiently. This is at the same time to improve
the performance of cooperatives, especially on manual transaction information to
computerized. So that in the data processing there will be no duplicate data and can
facilitate the presentation of transactiondata, database design using with Enterprise
Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Relationship Structure (LRS). The method of
system development conducted in this study uses waterfall method.
