Banyak nya orang menginginkan kecepatan serta akurasi yang akurat dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan yang dimilikinya. Sehingga untuk menghadapi permasalahan yang ada menjadi lebih mudah dan cepat. Maka dari itu masyarakat sekarang menggunakan teknologi yang canggih untuk membantu pekerjaan mereka jadi lebih mudah. Oleh karena itu timbul suatu keinginan untuk membuat sistem informasi e-arsip di Kantor Itjen Kemendagri seperti banyak hal nya para pegawai yang melakukan pengarsipan berkas dikantor. Untuk menyelesaikan rancangan penulis menggunakan metode penelitian protypem metode penelitian ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan contoh produksi untuk menunjukan esensi fungsional produk kepada pengguna nya. Dan produk yang dihasilkan adalah rancangan sistem informasi e-arsip pada Kantor Itjen Kemendagri.

Many people want speed and accurate accuracy in solving a problem they have. So to deal with existing problems becomes easier and faster. Therefore, people now use sophisticated technology to make their work easier. Therefore, a desire arose to create an e-archive information system at the Office of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Home Affairs, like many employees who archive files at the office. To complete the design, the author uses the prototype research method. This research method is used to produce production samples to show the functional essence of the product to its users. And the resulting product is an e-archive information system design at the Inspectorate General's Office of the Ministry of Home Affairs.
