ABSTRAK
Ahmad Agus Yulianto (12184801), Anggreiny Putri Ardianty (12183702), Irpan
Baikhaqi (12183931), Sistem informasi pendistribusian dan persediaan
Gas LPG Berbasis Website Pada PT. Albahar Cipta Sentosa.
PT. Albahar Cipta Sentosa merupakan Agen atau distributor gas LPG bersubsidi
maupun non subsidi untuk wilayah Kabupaten Bekasi. Agen ini mempunyai 17 sub
agen, setiap sub
agen berbeda-beda jumlah pemesanannya. Dalam jangka waktu 30 hari ada yang
memasok 590 hinga 3830 tabung gas LPG, setiap hari agen memasok gas ke 9
sampai 17 sub agen dan gas yang di terima sudah sesuai kontrak, setiap pangkalan
di beri jatah gas 2800 tabung per-bulan. Pada Agen ini masih menggunakan sistem
pencatatan dan Microsoft excel sebagai media penyimpanan data penyaluran serta
menggunakan sistem tertulis untuk pembuatan laporan pendapatan setiap harinya.
Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode
pengembangan SDLC(Sistem Development Life Cycle) serta menggunakan metode
pendekatan air terjun (waterfall) ,bahasa pemograman hyper text preprocessor (PHP)
dan hyper text markup language (HTML) sebagai web editor. MySQL sebagai basis
data dan Xampp sebagai web server. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan
perangkat lunak ini menggunakan model waterfall atau yang sering disebut metode
air terjun dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu pengamatan langsung
(observasi), Wawancara (Interview) serta Studi Pustaka. Dengan adanya
pembuatan sistem informasi berbasis web, data distribusi dapat tersimpan dengan
aman dan tidak terjadinya kerusakan data serta
proses pemesanan dan pendistribusian gas LPG menjadi cepat.

PT. Albahar Cipta Sentosa is an agent or distributor of subsidized and non-subsidized
LPG gas for the Bekasi Regency area. This agent has 17 sub agents, each sub agents
vary the number of orders. Within a period of 30 days there are supplying 590 to 3830
LPG gas cylinders, every day the agent supplies gas to 9 up to 17 sub-agents and gas
received in accordance with the contract, each base given a gas ration of 2800 cylinders
per month, 1 month controlling 25 working days. This agent is still using the system
recording and Microsoft excel as data storage media as well as using a written system
for the preparation of daily income reports. This system is designed using the SDLC
(System Development Life Cycle) development method and using the waterfall
approach method, hyper text preprocessor (PHP) programming language and
hypertext markup language (HTML) as a web editor. MySQL as base data and Xampp
as a web server. The method used in the development This software uses the waterfall
model or what is often called the method waterfall and the data collection technique
used is direct observation (observation), Interview (Interview) and Literature Study.
As is creation of special information systems or web-based information systems, data
distribution can be stored safely and there is no data corruption and the process of
ordering and distributing LPG gas is fast.
