M.Fauzan Apriansyah (31190088), Racial Discrimination in The Blind Side Film
Directed By John Lee Hancock
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the type of racial discrimination experienced
by Michael Oher and then investigate the causes of racial discrimination. It also
identifies the effects of people experiencing discrimination, as well as reveals the
moral message of this film. The writer uses descriptive qualitative methods to analyze
the film. The subject of this paper is The Blind Side film by John Lee Hancock. The
data were obtained from various sources, such as books, journals, and articles related
to the types of racial discrimination, the causes of racial discrimination, and the effect
of racial discrimination.
