Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is an infectious disease caused by the Dengue virus and transmitted by mosquito vectors of the Aedes aegypti or Aedes albopictus species. With extreme weather in Indonesia, where rainfall increases, creating puddles everywhere, mosquito larvae reproduce very rapidly. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) detection is a special form of anticipation to minimize the impact of the disease. The Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) Detection Information System is a system that provides information services in the form of data storage of examination results, management of infected patients, and submission of referral letters. The existence of this information system is important for the Tugu Health Center to record a number of infected patients. In this case, the Tugu Health Center really needs an information system that supports the data management process related to the processing of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients and also the submission of referral letters for patients. Data management related to the registration of infected patients and the submission of referral letters at the Tugu Health Center has not been managed well so that errors often occur, for this reason this study aims to create a web-based application using the Codeigniter framework, the waterfall method and using MySQL as its storage media, which is useful for the Tugu Health Center to facilitate the process of processing advertising data and database design tools in the form of ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). The results obtained from this study are in the form of a website that can be used by admins to manage patient data affected by Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) for recording patient conditions during a second visit to the Tugu Health Center, as well as implementing a referral letter system for Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) patients so that they can be handled by higher health facilities. This program can help the Tugu Health Center in managing infected patient data and submitting referral letters because it can overcome errors in wasting time in grouping data and submitting new proposals in the form of referral letters for patients infected with dengue hemorrhagic fever (DHF).
