The rapid development of information technology requires companies to innovate in optimizing their business processes, including procurement management. At PT Picotel Nusantara, procurement is still carried out manually, starting from request submission to approval, which often leads to delays, data duplication, lack of transparency, and risk of data loss. This study proposes the design of a web-based e-procurement system to address these issues and improve operational efficiency.The research adopts the Waterfall development model consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation study within the company’s ongoing procurement process. The proposed system integrates multiple user roles—staff, admin, manager, and finance—enabling functions such as item requests, approval workflows, data management, and real-time tracking of procurement status. System design tools include Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Logical Record Structure (LRS), and Unified Modeling Language (UML).The results show that the system design provides several advantages: simplifying procurement workflows, minimizing errors from manual data entry, ensuring transparency through real-time monitoring, and improving data security with centralized management. This research is expected to support the digital transformation of PT Picotel Nusantara by providing an efficient, transparent, and secure procurement system.
