Bayu Arikha Candra (13180171), Implementasi Access Control List (ACL) Dalam Perancangan Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) Pada PT Cakramedia Indocyber

 

PT. Cakramedia Indocyber salah satu PT dari banyaknya perusahaan internet service provider (ISP). Permasalahan yang ada di kantor PT. Cakramedia Indocyber adalah belum adanya pembatasan jaringan yang menyebabkan menurunnya kinerja jaringan dan host yang mengakses website tertentu menggunakan jaringan tersebut. serta belum adanya pembatasan pengguna yang dapat mengakses suatu data dan banyak jumlah data yang dikirim ketujuan yang tidak perluPenulis langsung melakukan observasi terhadap kegiatan di kantor Cakramedia yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diambil untuk mendapatkan informasi secara lengkap maka penulis melakukan suatu metode tanya jawab Selain melakukan kegiatan tersebut penulis juga melakukan studi kepustakaan melalui referensi-referensi atau literatur-literatur yang ada di perpustakaanPembuatan jaringan VLAN untuk membagi client menjadi beberapa grup. Penerapan ACL untuk membatasi sebuah jaringan agar client tidak dapat mengakses ke client tertentu. IP address yang digunakan dalam perancangan jaringan tersebut menggunakan IP address kelas C. Topologi yang digunakan dalam perancangan memakai topologi Tree. Dalam penggunaan ACL, penulis menyarankan untuk mememakai standart ACL, jika tidak adanya pembatasan secara spesifik seperti pembatasan UDP, TCP, serata yang lainnya. Hasil dari implementasi ini diharapkan bisa memberi suatu terobosan baru di kantor PT.Cakramedia Indocyber terlebih dalam membatasi client untuk akses ke client yang tidak diperlukan. jenis jaringan ini bisa di kembangkan lebih luas lagi.

PT. Cakramedia Indocyber is one of the PT of many internet service provider (ISP) companies. The problems that exist in the office of PT. Cakramedia Indocyber is that there are no network restrictions that cause a decrease in network performance and hosts accessing certain websites using the network. as well as the absence of restrictions on users who can access data and a large amount of data sent to unnecessary destinations. The author directly observes the activities at the Cakramedia office related to the problem taken to obtain complete information, the author uses a question and answer method. In addition to carrying out these activities The author also conducts a literature study through references or literature in the library. Creating a VLAN network to divide clients into several groups. The application of ACLs to limit a network so that clients cannot access certain clients. The IP address used in designing the network uses a class C IP address. The topology used in the design uses a Tree topology. In the use of ACLs, the authors suggest using standard ACLs, if there are no specific restrictions such as restrictions on UDP, TCP, and others. The results of this implementation are expected to provide a new breakthrough at the PT. Cakramedia Indocyber office, especially in limiting clients to access to clients that are not needed. this type of network can be developed more widely.
