PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa ekspor dan impor barang. Dalam era globalisasi, peran perusahaan jasa freight forwarding sangat penting dalam mendukung proses pengiriman barang dari produsen ke konsumen Internasional dengan efisien dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur ekspor barang pada PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis untuk mendapatkan gambaran lengkap mengenai prosedur ekspor barang pada PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur ekspor barang di PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu shipper meminta surat penawaran ekspor, mengirim surat penawaran ekspor, keputusan shipper, mengirimkan dokumen ekspor, melakukan pemesanan ruang kapal atau pesawat, mengirimkan booking confirmation, menyusun dokumen customs clearance, persetujuan custom clearance, menerbitkan Nota Pelayanan Ekspor (NPE), stuffing barang, melakukan pengiriman ke pelabuhan atau bandara muat, menurunkan barang di pelabuhan atau bandara muat pembuatan, muat barang ke dalam pesawat atau kapal, mengirimkan Airway Bill atau Bill of Lading, mengirim invoice airfreight atau seafreight, membayar invoice airfreight atau seafreight. Dokumen yang digunakan meliputi  Surat Penawaran Ekspor, Shipping Instruction, Invoice Barang, Packing List, Booking Confirmation, Airway Bill atau Bill of Lading, Pemberitahuan Ekspor Barang (PEB), Nota Pelayanan Ekspor (NPE), Insurance Certificate, dan Invoice Airfreight atau Seafreight. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi kondisi barang yang tidak baik dan overweight container. Solusinya adalah memastikan kondisi barang prima sebelum pengiriman dan mengukur serta memastikan berat barang sesuai batasan yang diizinkan.

PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia is a company engaged in the business of exporting and importing goods. In the era of globalization, the role of freight forwarding service companies is crucial in supporting the efficient and safe shipment of goods from producers to international consumers. This research aims to analyze the export procedures at PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data is analyzed to obtain a comprehensive picture of the export procedures at PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia. The research findings show that the export procedure at PT Voyage Logistic Indonesia involves several stages, including the shipper requesting an export offer letter, sending the export offer letter, the shipper's decision, sending export documents, booking space on a ship or aircraft, sending booking confirmation, preparing customs clearance documents, customs clearance approval, issuing the Export Service Note (NPE), stuffing goods, delivering them to the port or airport of loading, unloading goods at the port or airport, loading goods onto the aircraft or ship, sending the Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, sending the airfreight or seafreight invoice, and paying the airfreight or seafreight invoice. The documents used include the Export Offer Letter, Shipping Instruction, Goods Invoice, Packing List, Booking Confirmation, Airway Bill or Bill of Lading, Export Declaration (PEB), Export Service Note (NPE), Insurance Certificate, and Airfreight or Seafreight Invoice. The solutions are to ensure the goods are in prime condition before shipment and to measure and ensure the weight of the goods is within the permitted limits.
