Every organization, institution, or agency needs an administrative function as part of its operational activities, which includes archive management as one of the key elements in carrying out effective administrative activities. A good archiving process can improve operational procedures; neatly arranged and easily accessible documents allow employees to find information quickly without spending excessive time, and poor archiving can result in financial and reputational losses. Journal Vouchers, as an important form of archive, must be stored carefully to maintain the security and order of the company's financial information. This research uses a qualitative analysis method and data collection through observation and interviews. The results show that the archiving process is still done manually, which indicates the need for improvement in archive management. Measures such as implementing a digital storage system, providing training to relevant staff, and establishing a clear SOP (standard operational procedure) for records management are considered effective solutions. It is expected that the implementation of the recommended procedures will contribute to maintaining the accuracy and orderliness of financial information and improve the overall operational performance of Energy Equity Epic Pty. Ltd., Jakarta, in maintaining the accuracy and orderliness of archival information and improving the overall operational performance of the company.
