Pengaruh Proses Produksi dan Kualitas Bahan Baku terhadap Kualitas Produk Fashion Brand Amanda Hartanto Batik

ABSTRAK

 

Kualitas produk memiliki aspek penting dalam memberikan kepuasan terhadap pelanggan Amanda Hartanto Batik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh proses produksi (X1) dan kualitas bahan baku (X2) terhadap kualitas produk (Y) fashion brand Amanda Hartanto Batik. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei terhadap 30 karyawan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil analisis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics V.21 menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kualitas produk (Y), yang dibuktikan dengan nilai t-hitung 3,990 lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,697 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, dan kualitas bahan baku (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk (Y), dengan nilai t-hitung 5,778 yang lebih besar dari nilai t-tabel 1,697 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Secara simultan, hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa proses produksi (X1) dan kualitas bahan baku (X2) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas produk (Y), dengan nilai f-hitung 33,011 lebih besar dari nilai f-tabel 3,35 dan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Sehingga penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas produk.

ABSTRACT

 

Product quality has an important aspect in providing satisfaction to Amanda Hartanto Batik customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of production process (X) and raw material quality (X2) on product quality (Y) of Amanda Hartanto Batik fashion brand. Data was collected through a survey of 30 employees using a questionnaire. The results of the analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics V.21 software show that the production process (X) has a positive and significant effect partially on product quality (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.990 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.697 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05, and the quality of raw materials (X2) has a positive and significant effect on product quality (Y), with a t-count value of 5.778 which is greater than the t-table value of 1.697 and a significance level of 0.000<0.05. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that the production process (X1) and the quality of raw materials (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on product quality (Y), with an f-count value of 33.011 which is greater than the f-table value of 3.35 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05. So this study concludes that the two independent variables together have a significant effect on product quality.
