This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of discipline and work environment on employee performance at Xinchuan Telecom Co., Ltd Jakarta. Work discipline is defined as the level of employee compliance with rules, procedures, and responsibilities, while the work environment includes both physical and non-physical aspects that affect comfort, motivation, and productivity. The research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method with questionnaires distributed to the entire population of 43 employees, applying a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 27 through validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that partially, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment does not show a significant effect. However, simultaneously, both variables significantly influence employee performance. These findings suggest that the company should prioritize strengthening work discipline consistently while also improving the work environment to support employees’ motivation. By doing so, employee performance can be enhanced sustainably, which in turn contributes to achieving organizational goals more effectively.
