This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at PT Pulsa Persada Perkasa. Leadership style and work stress are two important factors that can affect employee productivity and effectiveness in carrying out their duties. The research method used is quantitative with a causal associative approach. The sampling technique used total sampling, with a total of 40 employees as respondents. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²) with the help of SPSS software version 25. The results of the study ho1 showed that leadership style had a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study ho2 showed that work stress had a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the study ho3 showed that leadership style and work stress had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, companies need to pay attention to the leadership style applied and manage work stress appropriately in order to improve employee performance.
