This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation on employee productivity at PT. Jun Guan Tong. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 52 employees as respondents. The independent variables in this study are leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2), while the dependent variable is employee productivity (Y). Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination tests with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software. The results of the study indicate that both leadership style and work motivation have a positive influence on employee productivity. The T-test shows that partially, the variables of leadership style and work motivation each have a significant effect on productivity. While the F-test shows that both independent variables simultaneously also have asignificant effect on productivity. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.760 indicates that 76% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by these two variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside thisstudy. This study is expected to be a reference for management in making strategic decisions to increase employee productivity through improving leadership styles and strengthening work motivation.
