Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di CreativePlus Production PT Adi Wiwaha. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan, yaitu observasi, kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 36 responden dan sampel yang digunakan merupakan keseluruhan dari populasi, karena menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat terdapat pengaruh secara parsial sebesar antara kompetensi terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,262 > 2,034 maka Ho1 ditolak dan Ha1 diterima. Terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,119 > 2,034 maka Ho2 ditolak dan Ha2 diterima. Sedangkan pengaruh simultan antara kompetensi dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 25,040 > 2,33 serta nilai signifikansi 0,000 maka Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui penguatan kompetensi dan kedisiplinan sangat penting untuk mendukung kinerja optimal di lingkungan kerja kreatif. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen dalam mengembangkan strategi peningkatan kompetensi dan disiplin kerja guna mendukung kinerja karyawan serta efektivitas operasional perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work discipline on employee work productivity at CreativePlus Production PT Adi Wiwaha. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population of this study was 36 respondents and the sample used was the entire population, because it used a total sampling technique. The results of the t-test study showed that there was a partial influence of competence on work productivity with a calculated t value of 3.262 > 2.034, so Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted. There was a partial influence between work discipline on work productivity with a calculated t value of 3.119 > 2.034, so Ho2 was rejected and Ha2 was accepted. While the simultaneous influence between competence and work discipline on work productivity with a calculated F value of 25.040 > 2.33 and a significance value of 0.000, so Ho3 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted. These findings indicate that improving the quality of human resources through strengthening competence and discipline is very important to support optimal performance in a creative work environment. The results of this study provide practical implications for management in developing strategies to improve competency and work discipline to support employee performance and the overall operational effectiveness of the company.
