| ABSTRACT
Human Resource Training and Development is one of the company's strategies in optimizing the performance and quality of competent employees according to their fields and employee performance is one of the most important factors for the progress of the company. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Human Resource Training and Development on employee performance at KSP CU Bina Seroja. This study uses a quantitative method with a statistical test approach, based on data collection through distributing questionnaires to 40 employees of KSP CU Bina Seroja as respondents. The data analysis techniques used are data analysis tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable both partially and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that the Training variable has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable. This indicates that partially the Training variable can increase the Performance variable, while the HR development variable also has a positive and significant effect on the Performance variable. The two independent variables, namely HR Training and Development, can simultaneously significantly affect Employee Performance at KSP CU Bina Seroja. This study provides practical implications for company management to pay more attention to the abilities and knowledge that support employee performance. Thus, the company can improve the quality of employees that have an impact on employee performance.
