Abstrak

Evaluasi Usability Pada Aplikasi PT. GOTO GOJEK TOKOPEDIA TBK, Menggunakan System Usability Scale (SUS), di JABODETABEK.

Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan keberlanjutan dari aplikasi PT. Goto Gojek Tokopedia TBK atau masing-masing kepuasan konsumen dalam menggunakan layanan gojek. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari analisis satistik deskriptif, asumsi klasik, uji kelayakan model (uji f), dan uji hipotesis (uji t) menggunakan aplikasi Gojek. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 sampel selama 3 bulan dari Masyarakat JABODETABEK. Instrumen penelitian diuji melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan software MS. Excel. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa skor rata-rata SUS adalah 96,3548.Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa aplikasi Gojek berpengaruh. Secara umum dapat disimpulkan dari variable independent yang diteliti, Diharapkan peneliti selanjutnya dapat menambahkan variable lain yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap aplikasi gojek dan system SUS.

Abstract

Evaluation of Usability in PT Applications. GOTO GOJEK TOKOPEDIA TBK, Using System Usability Scale (SUS), in JABODETABEK.

The type of research used is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual and sustainability reports from PT applications. Goto Gojek Tokopedia TBK or each consumer's satisfaction in using Gojek services. The data analysis method used in this research consists of descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, model feasibility testing (f test), and hypothesis testing (t test) using the Gojek application. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research was 100 samples for 3 months from the JABODETABEK community. The research instrument was tested through validity and reliability tests using MS software. Excel. The evaluation results show that the average SUS score is 96.3548.The research results showed that the Gojek application had an effect. In general, it can be concluded from the independent variables studied. It is hoped that future researchers can add other variables that have an influence on the Gojek application and the SUS system.
