This research seeks to examine how the work environment and work discipline relate to the performance of Alfamart employees in the Gunung Putri area. Employee performance plays a central role in shaping overall organizational success. Supportive workplace conditions together with strong discipline are expected to raise productivity and improve how well employees carry out their responsibilities. A quantitative approach was applied, using a survey design through questionnaire distribution to Alfamart staff in Gunung Putri. The sample included 38 respondents, covering the entire employee population in that region. Data were processed using multiple linear regression with the support of SPSS to assess the connection between the work environment and work discipline variables and employee performance. Findings indicate that the work environment shows a positive and significant impact on performance at 71.2%. Work discipline also demonstrates a positive and significant impact on performance at 98.9%. When assessed together, both factors account for 99% of employee performance, while the remaining 1% is linked to other factors. In line with these outcomes, the company is advised to keep upgrading workplace conditions and strengthen disciplinary policies so employee performance continues to improve.
