Aplikasi Srikandi merupakan aplikasi umum bidang kearsipan yang dapat mendukung pengelolaan arsip dan tata kelola pemerintahan berbasis elektronik yang penggunanya adalah semua instansi pemerintah pusat juga daerah. Penggunaan Aplikasi Srikandi juga sudah mulai diterapakan pada Direktorat Kepelabuhanan, Kementrian Perhubungan. Dikarenakan aplikasi Srikandi masih baru sehingga para pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Kepelabuhanan belum memiliki pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam menggunakannya maka adanya sosialiasasi Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji strategi komunikasi yang diterapkan dalam rangka mendukung pemanfaatan aplikasi Srikandi oleh pegawai di lingkungan Direktorat Kepelabuhanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan pada tahap riset belum dilaksanakan secara menyeluruh karena identifikasi kebutuhan dan kesiapan pegawai tidak dilakukan melalui survei formal. Pada tahap perencanaan, disusun dengan sistematis dan terorganisasi meliputi pesan, media dan waktu. Tahap pelaksanaan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan kombinasi, yaitu metode tatap muka dan daring. Pada evaluasi melalui forum umpan balik, survei sederhana, serta monitoring penggunaan aplikasi. Terkhir adalah melakukan pelaporan ke atasan dan pegaawai. Strategi komunikasi ini terbukti meningkatkan pemahaman pegawai terhadap penggunaan Srikandi, meskipun masih ditemukan hambatan teknis.

The Srikandi application is a general application in the field of archiving that can support archive management and electronic-based government governance, which is used by all central and regional government agencies. The use of the Srikandi application has also begun to be implemented at the Directorate of Ports, Ministry of Transportation. Because the Srikandi application is still new, employees in the Directorate of Ports do not yet have the knowledge and skills to use it, so there is a socialization. This study aims to examine the communication strategies implemented in order to support the use of the Srikandi application by employees in the Directorate of Ports. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the communication strategy carried out in the research stage has not been implemented comprehensively because the identification of employee needs and readiness was not carried out through a formal survey. In the planning stage, it was prepared systematically and organized covering messages, media and time. The implementation stage was carried out with a combined approach, namely face-to-face and online methods. In the evaluation through feedback forums, simple surveys, and monitoring of application usage. Finally, reporting to superiors and employees. This communication strategy has been proven to increase employee understanding of the use of Srikandi, although technical obstacles are still encountered.
