Management and Science University is one of the Higher Education Schools that open registration and accept students from other countries to take part in the International Credit Transfer (ICT) Program, which is held online by the government. This International Credit Transfer (ICT) program is one of the student exchange programs of the Merdeka Belajar - Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy. The purpose of this study is to explain what experiences are experienced while participating in the International Credit Transfer (ICT) program. Explaining what cross-cultural adaptations are experienced, such as from different ways of learning and teaching, cultural differences from the way they dress, and language differences from the way they speak, which has its accent. The data collection methods used in this thesis research are qualitative method with observation and documents, which are displayed in the form of narrative text. Furthermore, the results of this study found several obstacles due to differences from the writer's home campus, one of which was adapting in terms of culture, learning, and language. The writer must also be good at positioning herself so that the writer can adapt well and smoothly to the new environment.
