Abstract – One of the most important procedures in a business's operations is the procurement of commodities, especially to guarantee the efficient and effective supply of critical things. The procurement procedure is still carried out manually by PT. Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi, which makes it vulnerable to mistakes in data entry, processing hold-ups, and a lack of transparency. The purpose of this study is to improve the procurement process' accuracy and efficiency. The Waterfall    technique, which comprises five stages—User requirements analysis, system design, application development, testing, and support—is used to construct the system. Three tiers of User access, each with specific functions, are included into the system. Managers can keep an eye on the request data and produce reports, administrators are in charge of confirming and approving or rejecting requests depending on the needs and policies of the organization, and employees can make item requests. The outcomes of the installation demonstrate that the system works well, streamlines the procurement procedure, and offers more organized data recording and clearer workflows.
