ABSTRAK

Konsep kontrol industri dalam dunia nyata dengan menggunakan media praktikum seperti modul instruktur berbasis proses operasi kontrol industri. Sangat berguna pada bidang otomasi industri dan rekayasa seperti teknik elektro.Penelitian ini yang berjudul “Perancangan Trainer Kit dan Penerapan OpenPLC Raspberry Pi Sebagai Kendali Untuk Praktikum Gerbang Logika” dengan penggunaan teknologi OpenPLC dan Raspberry Pi dalam pembuatan Trainer Kit PLC menjadi alternatif yang menarik. OpenPLC adalah platform perangkat lunak sumber terbuka yang memungkinkan simulasi dan pengendalian PLC secara virtual, sementara Raspberry Pi sebagai sistem kendali pada OpenPLC. Dengan mengembangkan inovasi pembelajaran edukatif melalui penggabungan teknologi OpenPLC dan Raspberry Pi dalam pembuatan Trainer Kit PLC. Pengembangan Raspberry Pi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Trainer kit sebagai pendukung guna penerapan materi menjadi praktek yang nyata.

 ABSTRACT

Concept of industrial control in the real world by using practicum media such as trainer modules based on industrial control operation processes. It is very useful in industrial automation and engineering fields such as electrical engineering. In this study entitled "Designing a Trainer Kit and the Application of OpenPLC Raspberry Pi as a Control for the Logic Gate Practicum" with the use of technology in making PLC Trainer Kit is an interesting alternative. OpenPLC is an open-source software platform that allows virtual simulation and control of PLCs, while Raspberry Pi is the control system on OpenPLC. By developing educational learning innovations through the combination of OpenPLC and Raspberry Pi technology in the manufacture of PLC Trainer Kits. The development of Raspberry Pi Trainer kit as a support for the application of material into real practice.
