This study aims to determine the effect of work autonomy and work time efficiency on employee quality at PT. Berlian Abadua Satu Pulomas, East Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample in this study amounted to 30 employees with saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed online using Google Form, and was complemented by observation and documentation.Data analysis was carried out using validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²) tests. The results showed that work autonomy has a positive and significant effect on employee quality. Work time efficiency also has a positive and significant effect on employee quality. Simultaneously, the two independent variables have a significant effect on employee quality.
