Suryo Listianto (64201144), The Influence of Work Stress and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Porter Rekayasa Unggul Tangerang

 

Employee performance is one of the key factors in achieving company goals. This study aims to determine the influence of work stress and work environment on employee performance at PT. Porter Rekayasa Unggul Tangerang. This research is a quantitative study as it involves numerical data and statistics to test variables and hypotheses. Data processing was carried out using SPSS version 25, and the researcher conducted several tests including validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t-test, F-test, multiple linear regression analysis, and the coefficient of determination test. The population in this study consisted of 180 employees, which represents the total number of employees at PT. Porter Rekayasa Unggul Tangerang. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 124 respondents. The results showed that there is a partial negative and significant influence of work stress on employee performance at PT. Porter Rekayasa Unggul Tangerang, and a partial positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance. Simultaneously, both work stress and work environment have a significant effect on the employee performance at PT. Porter Rekayasa Unggul Tangerang.
