Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kompensasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Mandiri Utama Finance Cabang Sawangan Kota Depok sampel sebanyak 45 orang responden dan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Oleh karena itu analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik berupa uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan variabel Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja Berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Mandiri Utama Finance Cabang Sawangan Kota Depok. Hal ini dibuktikandari hasil uji simultan (Uji f) dan hasil Uji Pesial (Uji t) juga menunjukan nilai signifikasi kedua variabel independen yang mendukung hipotesis. Hasil pengujian daripenelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara variabelMotivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Mandiri Utama Finance Cabang Sawangan Kota Depok.

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of compensation and motivation on the performance of Mandiri Utama Finance employees, Sawangan Branch, Depok City, a sample of 45 respondents and uses a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this research show that partially and simultaneously the variables of Compensation and Work Motivation have an influence on the performance of Mandiri Utama Finance Employees, Sawangan Branch, Depok City. This is proven by the results of the simultaneous test (f test) and special test results (t test) which also show the significance value of the two independent variables which supports the hypothesis. The test results from this research state that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Work Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Mandiri Utama Finance Employees, Sawangan Branch, Depok City.
